The Vision
Monroe County Sheriff Todd K. Baxter was elected Sheriff in November 2017 and took office January 1, 2018. Sheriff Baxter's vision for the Monroe County Sheriff's Office is to be as transparent as possible with the public and share the great work that the MCSO sworn and non-sworn staff do on a daily basis.
The Podcast
In June 2020, Sheriff Baxter launched a podcast, "Behind the Badge with MCSO." This avenue allows MCSO to share all that is happening at the MCSO and in our community with the public and gives folks an opportunity to get to know our deputies and civilian staff, both professionally and personally.
