The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to announce the launch of a new interactive website, in compliance with New York State Executive Order 203.  Designed in partnership with Evolution Marketing, this website gives the citizens of Monroe County, and all users, access to valuable information as it pertains to public safety and vital resources.  We also are proud to showcase some of our members and programs available to the community that we serve.

Easy to navigate, the website is live and can be found at: www.monroecountysheriff-ny.gov. It features information about each of our five Bureaus; Police, Jail, Civil, Court Security, and Staff Services, our three police zone substations, crime prevention, incarcerated individuals, jail programs, safety courses, public information and so much more.  We encourage you to check it out and explore all the resources MCSO has to offer, including, but not limited to, our Teen Police Academy, Crime Victim’s Assistance Program, Community Liaisons, and Opportunities for Youth.

“This new tool allows us to give the citizens we serve a window into the Sheriff’s Office,” said Monroe County Sheriff Todd K. Baxter. “I am excited to continue to share information with our community in a format that is high speed and user friendly, illustrating the hard work and dedication of the men and women of the Sheriff’s Office. We invite you to visit the site often.”

The new website will be updated continuously to keep users informed as quickly and efficiently as possible. There is also an opportunity to provide feedback, which we greatly value, in an effort to improve services to our community. As always, if you have an emergency, we urge you to call 911, as the site is not monitored 24/7.
