By virtue of an execution issued out of the Monroe County Supreme Court, County of Monroe, of the State of New York, to me directed and delivered, against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of judgment debtor in the entitled action, I have seized and taken all the right, title, and interest which said judgment debtor had on 4/7/2022 or at any time thereafter of, in, and to the following described property, to wit:

Remaining balance due by 3pm same day or within such reasonable extension of time as may be authorized by the Chief of the Civil Bureau.
Down payment may be subject to forfeiture if balance is not paid by due date/time.
