Henrietta, NY (June 13, 2022) – On June 12, 2022 at around 9:30 p.m., Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies began investigating a domestic incident in the Village of Honeoye Falls. The victim says an ex-boyfriend came to her house and forced her at gunpoint to get in his truck. He drove around with her in the truck for about 20 minutes. The victim says the man held the gun in front of her face and fired one shot out of the open passenger side window. The victim convinced him to take her back home. The suspect left the area and the victim called 911.

MCSO set up a perimeter and put out a “Be On the Look Out” broadcast for Bradley R. Luper, 38, of Depew. He was taken in to custody at the Red Roof Inn at 4820 West Henrietta Rd.

Bradley R. Luper was charged with:

  • Kidnapping in the 2nd degree (Class B-Felony)
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree (Class C-Felony)

Mr. Luper was arraigned in Mendon Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail on $50,000 cash/ $100,000 bond.
