Henrietta, NY (October 25, 2022) The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man Monday evening for stealing from the Lowes in the Town of Henrietta. Angel L. Santiago, 41, of Rochester was an employee of Lowe’s and is accused of stealing $4,840.95 of merchandise.
Lowe’s Loss Prevention employees said they discovered eleven times between September 2, 2022 and October 24, 2022, in which Santiago stole merchandise while unloading delivery trucks. He listed the stolen power tools and lighting fixtures on Facebook Marketplace for sale. On October 24, 2022 at about 6:00 p.m., Loss Prevention contacted the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and deputies arrested Santiago.
Angel L. Santiago is charged with:
- Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (Class D-Felony)
Mr. Santiago was issued an appearance ticket.
